How do I change my mailing address if I move?

Once you subscribe an account with Save On Shave is automatically created for you. You will be sent a username and password via e-mail. If you want to adjust your address, billing details, pause or cancel your subscriptin all you have to do is login and you will see the options on your account dashboard.

What's included in the starter kit?

Everything you need for a great shave! An SOS handle and x6 blade razor cartridges.

How long is delivery time?

Delivery takes 4-7 business days. Due to the current situation, it can take up to 10 working days. Contact us if you have waited longer than that or if you have any other questions.

Where is my order?

If you have ordered a 30-day free trial or any Bad Bones Barber Shop product, look you will receive a shipping confirmation once your package has been dispatched.

You can see the status of your order in your account under “Order history”.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Australia only.

Can I buy razor blades only?

Yes, you can make a one-off purchase of our Bad Bones Barber Shop products and our razors and blades on our “Product” page of the website. This is in the header menu.

How do I buy other products?

Simply visit the “Product” page on our header menu and that will show you all our Bad Bones Barber Shop products.
